The TANK CUSTOMER



SCENARIO: You are working alone at the baggage claim for Trans Worlds Spaceways at their Mars hub. You are about to face a Tank Customer whose bags have been lost.

MISSION: Your job is to calm down the Tank and stay on task to find this customer's bags. You choices are limited by your company's philosophy:
Rule #1: The Customer is always right.
Rule #2 When the Customer is wrong, see rule #1.


R&R: By the way. In order to get the most from this experience we suggest you make all the choices and don't try to "get it right". It is very important that you understand the response that each choice produces from a Tank. Besides you get the opportunity to do all those things to them that you would love to do.
